New products for aluminium substrates
| Alficlean 139/2 | Borate free, weakly alkaline degreasing for aluminium substrates. No labelling according to CLP regulation. Very low etching rate; other properties are comparable to Alficlean 139, powder form |
| Alficlean 154/5 | A borate free and weakly alkaline degreasing in liquid form for immersion application. Automatic dosing possible. Excellent degreasing properties on aluminium substrates. Low foaming as Alficlean 139/2 therefore suitable for use prior to alkaline longlife etchings without a rinsing step after degreasing. |
| Alfisatin 357 | Alkaline longlife etching additive especially developed for high demands on the aluminium market. Surface defects caused by special alloy composition will be avoided. Alfisatin 357 allows to get a homogenous and very mat finish on several aluminium alloys. Draining off properties, rinsability and conservation for storage are further improved.

| Alfiseal 969 | Special hot seal additive for use at lower temperatures of 86 - 90°C. Supports energy saving. It is approved by Qualand association (*). |
| Alfiseal 982/5 + Alfiseal 961 | Cold sealing product based on nickel salts in liquid form . Automatic dosing possible. It fulfills the demands of Qualanod association in combination with compulsory ageing step.
In many cases separate additions of fluorides are not required because it will be adjusted continuously already by product additions. Combined with Alfiseal 961 an alkaline resistance upto pH 12.5 can be achieved. |
| Alufinish – Online – Control system (AOC) | The new AOC systems is an invidual process control which allows to achieve a safe production (e.g. chrome free pretreatment processes based on ENVIROX systems (*) which are used in vertical coating plants).
It does not only control measurement and dosing steps but also manages automatically decreasing and increasing for a safe production. Based on a module system it can be also placed in other plants. |
| Antischaum 36/3 | Concentrated antifoaming product for use in alkaline longlife etchings which are foamy. Only small amounts are necessary to remove foam successfully. Higher loading of racks is possible then. |
New products for iron and steel substrates
| Ferrophos 7768/5 | Iron phosphating in liquid form with very well degreasing properties, e.g. for removing graphite pastes. Achieves nice looking phosphating layers at spray application already at a low product concentration.

| Ferrophos 7777/1 | Iron phosphating for spray application which is free of heavy metals. Achieves good degreasing and corrosion protection properties on steel substrates. A separate addition of detergent boosters is normally not required. |
New products for different metal substrates
| ENVIROX "SG" - system
product: Alfipas 7816 |
It is a liquid, high-performance, zirconium-based passivating agent for generating nanomolecular corrosion-protection coatings on a variety of metal surfaces by means of sol-gel (SG) processes. The system is already approved by Qualicoat (A-70) . The approval by GSB International is in progress at the moment.
The ENVIROX “SG” process with Alfipas 7816 is chromium-free and ideal for protecting iron and steel surfaces, while it is also suitable for aluminium and zinc-plated surfaces that have been cleaned and pickled beforehand. For steel substrates a prior phosphating procedure is not necessary. At the same time, special organic components promote excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings. On aluminium and hdg the thin, colourless protective layers are also advantageous with paint systems that have bad covering properties. On iron and steel surfaces, the produced layers are yellowish. Alfipas 7816 is suitable for dipping and spraying methods and also in combination with a mist zone as a final treatment stage. |
